Scott Moe was first elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature as the MLA for Rosthern-Shellbrook in 2011 and was re-elected in 2016, 2020 and 2024. He was elected Leader of the Saskatchewan Party on January 27, 2018, and sworn in as Premier of Saskatchewan on February 2, 2018; he serves as Premier, President of the Executive Council and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs. Born and raised on a grain farm between Shellbrook and Parkside, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan and has also served as Minister of Environment and Minister of Advanced Education. Premier Moe and his wife Krista live in Shellbrook with their two children.
