Lori Carr was first elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020 and 2024. She currently serves as Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Seniors and Rural and Remote Health and as deputy government House Leader, and has previously served as Minister of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Minister of Social Services, Minister of Government Relations and Minister of Highways. Before being elected she spent 20 years working as a licensed assistant in a financial planning office and was involved with city council, air cadets, the local health region and Ducks Unlimited. Carr lives in Estevan with her partner Bart; she has raised three children and is the proud grandmother of five.
