STARS is officially flying the skies in southern Saskatchewan. The Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS) medical helicopter was ready for operations starting at noon-hour Monday from its base in Regina. Saskatchewan's economic growth in 2011 was its fastest in almost 15 years according to data released today by Statistics Canada.
